We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, client-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments and has a strong track record of successfully managing complex technology projects and stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across cross-functional and distributed teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Facilitate project planning, status meetings, sprint ceremonies, and executive updates
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure successful project execution
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
• Drive operational improvements, delivery processes, and project management best practices
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support strategic planning and contribute to continuous process optimization

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within software development, technology, or consulting environments
• Strong experience managing client-facing projects and executive-level stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in agile and fast-paced environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern project delivery methodologies
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Superb English communication skills (C1 level or higher) — both written and verbal
• Based in LATAM

Nice to Have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
• Experience working in consulting or professional services organizations
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
• Experience managing enterprise or international client accounts
