Recruiter – Fixtures & Merchandising Division (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience

About Brandpoint

Brandpoint's Fixtures & Merchandising Division delivers retail fixture installations, merchandising programs, remodels, and nationwide project execution for some of the country's leading brands and retailers. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and retain top talent for our growing field operations and corporate support teams.

Position Overview

The Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting our nationwide hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of positions including fixture installers, merchandisers, project coordinators, project managers, quality control personnel, and operational support staff.

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the unique challenges of recruiting for field-based retail and fixture installation teams, and can effectively manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions within the Fixtures & Merchandising Division.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel nationwide.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to support rapid project staffing requirements.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demands.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Preferred

  • Recruiting experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, construction, field services, or related industries.
  • Experience recruiting for nationwide field teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices.
