We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Northeast Employee Benefits practice. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role focused on leading complex mid-market and large-market client relationships, developing innovative benefits strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CHROs, HR leaders, and executive leadership teams.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Employee Benefits consultant who enjoys building long-term client partnerships, influencing strategic business decisions, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the growth of a collaborative consulting practice. As our practice continues to expand, this individual will play an important role in shaping client strategy, supporting team development, influencing practice growth, and driving overall business success.

What You Bring
Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Model: Remote
Candidates should be comfortable attending quarterly team meetings and occasional in-person client meetings. Preference will be given to candidates located within the Northeast, New England, Tri-State, or Northern Pennsylvania regions to support collaboration and client engagement.
