Own new products from idea to launch. Build quickly. Test with real users. Turn successful pilots into revenue and operational impact. Work directly with leadership and help shape what the company builds next.

What you'll do

  • Identify new product and growth opportunities.
  • Build MVPs, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
  • Launch pilots with customers and partners.
  • Use AI to improve healthcare workflows.
  • Create business cases and go-to-market plans.
  • Validate ideas before major investment.
  • Work directly with executives and cross-functional teams.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in product, engineering, or technical operations.
  • Healthcare, healthtech, payer, or provider experience.
  • Product launch, MVP, or pilot experience.
  • Git proficiency and SDLC fluency.
  • Deep experience with AI coding tools.
  • U.S. work authorization required. No sponsorship available.
  • Able to pass a background check.

Nice to Have

  • Medicare Advantage experience.
  • Startup founder or early-stage operator background.
  • Healthcare AI or workflow automation experience.
  • Product engineering or forward-deployed engineering experience.
