Job description

At Sanity.io, we’re building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like PUMA, Carhartt WIP, Anthropic, Just Eat Takeaway, Spotify, HiPP, and Mercedes AMG are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Sanity, you'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying the right prospects to closing deals with some of Europe's most ambitious companies. You'll work closely with SEs, SDRs, and marketing to build genuine relationships with enterprise customers and help them understand the real business value of structured content. It's a role with real autonomy, clear progression, and strong earning potential at a company that just raised $85M and is scaling fast.

What you would do

  • Take warm opportunities from our SDR and Marketing teams and run with them, your job is to close, not to chase cold leads all day

  • Get under the skin of every prospect: understand their real business challenges and show them exactly how Sanity solves them

  • Pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise deals and get well rewarded when you do

  • Map organisations from the inside out, building relationships across teams from developers to the C-suite

  • Work through procurement and contracts without losing your mind (we'll help)

  • Be the voice of the customer internally - your feedback shapes product, messaging, and strategy

  • Keep your pipeline tight: accurate forecasting, clean Salesforce data, and deal reviews that actually reflect reality


About you

  • You're based in Germany and fluent in both German and English - You can close a deal in either language without breaking a sweat

  • You've sold a complex SaaS product before and you know how to navigate technical buyers, marketing leaders, and enterprise procurement all at once

  • You have experience selling into large enterprises and are comfortable managing big, multi-stakeholder deals from first call to signed contract

  • You're genuinely curious, about technology, about your customers' businesses, and about finding smarter ways to sell

  • You pick up new products quickly and can translate complexity into a compelling story

  • You're honest, high-integrity, and the kind of person colleagues actually enjoy working with
