About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to define product strategy, identify market and user opportunities, and deliver innovative digital products that meet customer needs and support business goals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guide products through the full lifecycle, and help shape a strong product culture focused on continuous improvement, agility, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and acting as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, updates, and inquiries
  • Conduct market, competitive, business, and user research to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable product strategies
  • Define and articulate long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals, market trends, customer feedback, and end-user needs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Delivery, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful product development, launch, adoption, and iteration
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, including requirements definition, feature prioritization, and trade-off management
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance, analyze results, and drive ongoing product improvements
  • Identify product delivery risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to support successful outcomes
  • Champion agile methodologies, experimentation, feedback loops, and continuous improvement across product teams
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices, sharing insights to spark innovation and elevate team performance
  • Mentor associate and mid-level Product Managers, providing feedback, guidance, and support for their professional growth
  • Improve product management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and consistency across initiatives
  • Promote a strong product culture centered on customer-centricity, agility, experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in technology projects related to digital products, software design, and/or software development
  • Proven track record managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle for a product or suite of products with multiple features, complex requirements, diverse stakeholder needs, and a dedicated team
  • Understanding of, or experience with, web technologies, technical concepts, software development, coding concepts, and APIs
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, prioritization workshops, and requirements elicitation workshops
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new business domains and translate business, user, and technical needs into product direction
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain credibility with internal and external partners
  • Ability to pitch and clearly articulate product value to different audiences
  • Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams
  • Experience using Figma, Miro, or other modern collaborative design tools to create or modify wireframes and designs
  • Experience using Jira or other requirements management tools
  • Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • Previous consulting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and tools preferred, including LLMs such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT; MCPs; RAG; Agents; and Agentic AI
  • Agile certification, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner, preferred
  • Experience mentoring and supporting team development preferred
