Senior Deal Desk Analyst | 100% Remote - India | US Shift 

About the Role

Eltropy is redefining customer engagement for financial institutions through AI-powered, compliant communication solutions. As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting revenue growth by structuring, reviewing, and executing deals efficiently and accurately.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to ensure deals are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Eltropy’s pricing and commercial strategy.

What You’ll Do

Deal Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Sales to structure deals that align with pricing guidelines, product packaging, and commercial strategy.
  • Review and validate order forms, pricing, and contract terms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Support the execution of complex and non-standard deals, identifying risks and escalating when needed.
  • Act as a key checkpoint before deal closure to ensure quality and consistency.

Deal Operations & Process Excellence

  • Coordinate cross-functional approvals across Finance, Legal, and GTM teams to ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and CPQ systems across all deal stages.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase deal velocity.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Pricing, Policy & Compliance

  • Apply pricing models, discounting guidelines, and approval frameworks consistently across deals.
  • Ensure adherence to revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and internal policies.
  • Flag non-standard terms or financial risks and partner with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Support governance and audit readiness through accurate documentation and compliance practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Legal to align on deal strategy and execution.
  • Provide guidance to Sales on pricing, deal structure, and approval requirements.
  • Support forecasting accuracy by ensuring deal data is complete and up to date.
  • Share insights on deal trends, discounting, and cycle times to improve decision-making.

AI & Automation Enablement

  • Support the adoption of AI-driven tools and automation to improve deal efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with Systems and RevOps teams to enhance CPQ workflows and deal approval processes.
  • Contribute to scalable solutions that streamline standard deals while supporting complex transactions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pre Sales Operations, Order management, Quote to Cash Entitlement Experience including Service Contract Management or similar roles in SaaS, fintech or high-growth tech companies.
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ systems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition and commercial deal considerations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
