PMO Consultant, Remote (EU) – International Client

Job role: PMO Consultant.

Minimum experience: 5 to 7 years.

Studies required: Bachelor.

DESCRIPTION:

PMO Consultant role focused on supporting the successful delivery of large-scale transformation programmes by ensuring strong governance, delivery assurance, and effective coordination across multiple workstreams. The role requires close partnership with programme sponsors and Business Units to provide transparent oversight, enable structured decision-making, and deliver high-quality reporting.

The position acts as a key interface between programme teams and stakeholders, leading planning, tracking, and reporting activities aligned with agreed timelines, milestones, and delivery objectives. It also involves establishing and maintaining governance processes, ensuring full documentation and compliance with standards while providing clear visibility on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Tasks:

· Support the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes through strong governance and coordination.

· Lead programme planning, tracking, and reporting aligned with timelines and objectives.

· Act as the main interface between programme teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

· Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and documentation ensuring compliance with standards.

· Provide transparent and timely reporting on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

· Consolidate delivery data into actionable insights to support prioritisation and execution.

· Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and transparency among diverse teams.

· Support structured decision-making through accurate and high-quality reporting.

· Strengthen PMO capabilities by improving tools, controls, and reporting practices.

· Ensure accuracy, control, and proper documentation across all governance activities.

· Drive accountability and ownership, ensuring activities are completed effectively.

· Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to overall programme success and business outcomes.

Specific Expertise:

· Proven experience (5–7 years) in PMO delivery within complex transformation programmes and multi-stakeholder environments.

· Strong knowledge of PMO practices, governance frameworks, reporting, and project lifecycle support.

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Professional profile as Project Manager with solid PMO expertise.

· Ability to coordinate across diverse teams ensuring alignment and transparency.

· Strong analytical capabilities to transform delivery data into actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proactive self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability.

· Strong focus on governance, quality, accuracy, and documentation.

Language:

· English (C1).

Location:

· Remote (EU).

Rate:

· 42€/hour.
