MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively hiring a Remote Business Systems Coordinator!

 

The Business Systems Coordinator serves as a centralized administrative and project-coordination resource for MB2 practices and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating project logistics, communications, documentation, and execution support across Business Systems initiatives, including technology implementations, training rollouts, and operational workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Project & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and assist with project tasks, timelines, and documentation across Business Systems initiatives
  • Maintain project trackers such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, and other shared tools
  • Organize project notes, folders, templates, and related materials
  • Assist with leadership updates, reporting, and presentations

Meeting & Communication Management

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and training sessions
  • Prepare agendas and distribute supporting materials
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, and recap communications
  • Track follow-ups and help ensure deadlines are met

Operational & Team Support

  • Triage shared inbox items and route requests appropriately
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and shared documentation
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Assist with ad hoc departmental projects and team needs

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools & Monday.com
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines, following through on action items, and supporting team execution
