CAD and CNC Programmer (FFCCNC)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer / CAD Designer with 7–10 years of experience in CNC programming using MasterCAM and/or AlphaCAM software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC routers, developing production drawings, designing molds and jigs, and maintaining organized technical databases for solid surface manufacturing projects. This role requires strong expertise in CAD design interpretation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support efficient and high-quality production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC Routers, including KOMO FEA 3 Axis and Anderson Maxxis 1631 IP 5 Axis machines using MasterCAM and/or AlphaCAM software.
  

• Create CNC programs for solid surface products such as partitions, countertops, shower bases, vanities, sinks, wall panels, and accessories.
  

• Develop and modify CAD/shop drawings for production and manufacturing needs.
  

• Design BIM objects, molds, CNC jigs, production jigs, and custom production bases.
  

• Prepare and invert drawings for production personnel.
  

• Maintain accurate and updated drawings, CNC programs, and material databases.
  

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
  

• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve technical or manufacturing issues.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of CNC programming experience using MasterCAM and/or AlphaCAM.
  

• Required experience in 3-axis CNC machining; experience with 5-axis CNC machines is preferred.
  

• Strong proficiency in reading and creating CAD/shop drawings.
  

• Solid understanding of quality standards and manufacturing processes.
  

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and WhatsApp.
  

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
