Key Responsibilities:
âServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status.
âDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
âCollaborate with installation departments to move projects efficiently through each stage.
âCommunicate effectively with external partners, including subcontractors, utility companies, and city inspectors.
âMonitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality.
âMaintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting in company CRM and project management software.
âConduct project closeout processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are finalized.
âContinuously seek process improvements to enhance project workflows and customer satisfaction.
