Job Title: Business Reporting Associate

Department: ASM/Customer Service

Reports To: Reporting Analytics Manager

Position Summary

The Business Reporting Associate is responsible for preparing, updating, validating, and delivering accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role supports documented reporting processes, recurring report delivery, and standard custom report requests. The position helps ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and presented clearly to support business needs across Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support Customer Success, Sales, and other business initiatives.

  • Prepare standard custom report requests by following documented processes, requirements, and delivery guidelines.

  • Update, maintain, and validate existing reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

  • Extract, consolidate, and organize data from approved sources to support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs.

  • Review report outputs for accuracy, formatting, and clarity before sharing with stakeholders.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify report requirements, confirm timelines, provide status updates, and support delivery expectations.

  • Maintain reporting documentation, trackers, and process notes while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

  • Ability to follow documented processes and complete recurring reporting tasks consistently.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to organize, validate, summarize, and present data from different sources.

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple report requests and meet recurring deadlines.

  • Comfort working with reporting tools, shared files, trackers, and business systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Previous experience supporting reporting, data entry, operations, customer success, sales operations, or administrative processes.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting concepts, business metrics, or structured datasets.

  • Experience with Excel formulas, pivot tables, VBA, SQL, databases, or reporting platforms.
