What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, contract, and SLA compliance
  • Manage the team to effectively respond and action all incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root‑cause elimination
  • Manage Service Delivery change work as agreed with your assigned clients
  • Act as the primary Service Delivery interface for senior banking stakeholders, providing proactive communication and clear reporting which is delivered to published timeframes
  • Support, and where appropriate, lead project activities within your assigned clients
  • Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvement
  • Ensure all operations meet appropriate banking regulatory, audit, and security standards.
  • Ensure all services are operating within the confines of the contractual requirements

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and typically 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
