About the Role:
The Partner Success Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients from the moment they sign on. This role is a hybrid of project management, technical support, and client relationship management, acting as the bridge between sales, marketing, and the client. You will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and setting the foundation for a long-lasting, successful partnership.
