Our client is a fast-growing full-service digital agency based in New York and Montreal, specializing in helping eCommerce brands grow through creative strategy, website development, email marketing, and high-performing digital campaigns. Their collaborative, fast-paced environment empowers team members to take ownership, solve problems creatively, and deliver exceptional results for clients across multiple industries.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of creative projects for eCommerce brands. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

You'll manage multiple concurrent projects—including website builds, email marketing campaigns, ad creative, and creative strategy—while collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, client-focused, and experienced managing creative workflows within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple creative projects from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables between clients and internal creative teams.
  • Lead client communication, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout each project.
  • Oversee creative calendars to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with senior creative leadership on marketing and creative strategy initiatives.
  • Support ongoing creative optimization for eCommerce brands and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Review deliverables to ensure quality assurance and alignment with client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify project risks, manage competing priorities, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Foster strong client relationships while advocating for both client needs and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Creative Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Previous experience working in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, or eCommerce environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative production workflows.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Shopify.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email marketing platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of Facebook Ads and Google Ads creative workflows.
  • Previous experience supporting Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or eCommerce brands.
  • Experience managing website builds, landing pages, and email marketing projects.
