Job description

Start: Immediately | Level: Junior - Intermediate | Location: NL, remote | Type: Full time (40h/week) 

Join our team in Amsterdam (or remote) as an Influencer Marketing Manager - Netherlands (gn) and play a crucial role in building relationships with social media influencers, developing creative campaigns, and driving engagement with our target audience for our brand More.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with influencers and fellow marketing colleagues to refine content strategies, optimize performance, and drive impactful campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • You identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision
  • You develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention
  • You collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers
  • You monitor influencer performance and evaluate content quality, engagement metrics, and posting effectiveness to identify optimization opportunities and improve future campaign results
  • You organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels
  • You stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing

Qualifications

  • You have previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management within the fitness or nutrition industry in the Netherlands
  • You have a confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • You think creatively and are able to develop engaging campaigns
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are able to assess influencer performance, content quality, and campaign data to derive actionable recommendations and growth strategies
  • You are proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
