Key Exciting Responsibilities
Engage directly with our clients as a key member of our support team, striving to deliver a premier service experience in every interaction.
Operate specialized software to manage logistics requests and ensure efficient communication and transaction processes.
Resolve issues individually or in conjunction with your peers in a timely and effective manner utilizing excellent troubleshooting skills for all hardware used in support of Trimble’s computer user community.
Utilize your data analysis skills for production planning, helping us optimize our processes and meet customer demands effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong tech-savvy background with experience using Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Teams.
Solid data analysis skills with the ability to interpret information for decision-making and process optimization.
Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with an analytical mindset and a customer-centric approach.
Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset suitable for a tight-knit team environment.
A patient, empathetic approach with a consistently positive attitude toward helping others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience working with Power BI or generating customized data insights.
Logistics:
Location: Galway, Ireland (Office-based for the first 3-6 months during training, transitioning to a more flexible work-from-home schedule afterwards)
