  • Strong tech-savvy background with experience using Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Teams.

  • Solid data analysis skills with the ability to interpret information for decision-making and process optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with an analytical mindset and a customer-centric approach.

  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset suitable for a tight-knit team environment.

  • A patient, empathetic approach with a consistently positive attitude toward helping others.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with Power BI or generating customized data insights.

Logistics:

Location: Galway, Ireland (Office-based for the first 3-6 months during training, transitioning to a more flexible work-from-home schedule afterwards)
