  • Experimentation Strategy: Plan, conduct, and interpret the results of A/B tests in order to optimize existing and implement new product features.
  • User Behavior Analysis: Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to understand how our users interact with our products.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the data & analytics lead in various projects and work closely with different teams across the company to define the data we should collect and track on an ongoing basis.
  • Goal Setting: Collaborate with different teams to define and set KPIs and goals, design and evaluate experiments, and monitor key product metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Guide the team on how to harness complex organizational interfaces, initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Build the best product analysts team by recruiting and staffing, and by educating and mentoring members so they become strong analysts.
  • Experimentation Culture: Work towards developing a culture of experimentation in the R&D organization with all the supporting systems and infrastructure needed.
