We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to own and scale online sales performance across digital channels. This role is responsible for optimizing the entire customer journeyβ€”from product discovery and engagement to conversion and retention. You will oversee website performance, digital marketing, content strategy, marketplace growth, and customer engagement initiatives while driving measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong Shopify expertise with hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, email automation, and e-commerce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Website Management

  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, including product listings, collections, and merchandising strategies.
  • Enhance product pages, user experience, and website navigation to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement SEO best practices across products, collections, and content pages.
  • Monitor customer behavior and website performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvements in conversion optimization and customer experience.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and business objectives.
  • Create engaging social media content and compelling brand messaging across digital channels.
  • Coordinate content production and provide creative direction for marketing assets.
  • Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to drive traffic and sales.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
  • Build audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and product catalog campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend.
  • Continuously test creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to improve results.

Email & Customer Retention

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.
  • Optimize abandoned cart recovery, customer retention, and repeat purchase initiatives.
  • Develop personalized communication strategies to increase customer lifetime value.

WhatsApp Commerce & Customer Engagement

  • Enhance customer communication workflows and sales engagement processes.
  • Create campaign templates, broadcasts, and customer retention programs.
  • Improve response times, engagement levels, and conversion rates through direct communication channels.

Marketplace & Channel Growth

  • Manage third-party marketplace presence and optimize product listings.
  • Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to expand online revenue streams.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and product visibility across all sales channels.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels.
  • Prepare regular reports covering sales performance, traffic, conversions, advertising effectiveness, and customer engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for revenue growth and operational improvements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3–5 years of experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.
