About the role:

The Finance Intern will support the Finance team by assisting with key financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate FP&A processes and is designed to offer practical experience in financial modeling, variance analysis, and business partnership. Working closely with analysts and managers, the employee will contribute to routine deliverables while learning how financial insights help drive decision-making across the organization.


This is an ideal opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field who is eager to gain real-world experience in a supportive, fast-paced business environment.

Job Duration:

This is a short-term position with employment for the months of July, August and September.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Assist with updating recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Support variance analysis by helping gather data, validate inputs, and summarize drivers.
  • Participate in preparing monthly review materials for finance leadership.
  • Financial Modeling Support:
  • Update components of financial models such as forecasting templates or expense trackers.
  • Run simple scenario and sensitivity analyses under analyst guidance.
  • Help maintain documentation and version control for team financial tools.
  • Business Partnership Support:
  • Work with analysts to gather information from cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Accounting).
  • Assist in preparing materials for business reviews and planning discussions.
  • Shadow meetings with business partners to gain exposure to real-time financial decision-making.
  • Data and Process Support:
  • Help maintain data accuracy by validating inputs and identifying discrepancies.
  • Support small process-improvement initiatives, including automation or template updates.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and research as assigned.

What we are looking for:

Essential Experience

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in financial analysis and corporate finance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Completion of coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Exposure to business analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is helpful but not required.
  • Prior internship or campus experience involving data analysis or finance-related work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hours/Travel/Shift:

Normal Office Hours. Remote working.
