About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

A Truly Global Product

We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.

We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.

The Team

We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.

About the Role

As Fundraise Up expands its Organization Experience capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager, OX Retention and Expansion to own retention, product adoption, and expansion growth across active organizations.

Today, launching a feature does not always translate into customer adoption, value realization, or measurable business impact — and this role exists to close that gap. You will centralize cross-product retention and monetization strategy, ensuring organizations fully adopt and realize value from Fundraise Up products after activation.

You will define the growth roadmap, identify adoption blockers, drive cross-functional discovery, validate interventions before delivery, and ensure predictable impact on customer retention and Average Processing Volume per Active Customer.

Your mission: turn product adoption into a scalable, predictable driver of retention, expansion, and processing volume growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Retention and expansion growth across active organizations
  • Average Processing Volume (APV) / ARR per Active Customer
  • Cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities
  • Retention and expansion roadmap (6–12 months / 2027 horizon)
  • Discovery pipeline (qualitative & quantitative)
  • Identification of churn signals and expansion opportunities
  • Concept development and validation before delivery
  • Cross-functional retention and monetization initiatives
  • Adoption blocker identification and resolution prioritization
  • Scale / iterate / kill decisions based on initiative outcomes
  • North Star metrics and metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization outcomes

What You’ll Do

  • Define Retention & Expansion Strategy: translate retention and monetization targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap that aligns OX product teams around measurable customer and business impact.
  • Lead Discovery & Opportunity Diagnosis: run structured discovery across customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel review to diagnose adoption blockers and maintain a validated opportunity backlog ahead of delivery.
  • Own Product Adoption & Expansion Initiatives: define and prioritize cross-functional initiatives that drive activation, onboarding, discoverability, and monetization across active organizations.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Retention Programs: lead cross-team retention and expansion programs in close partnership with PMM, CSM, GTM, and Product.
  • Measure Outcomes & Drive Accountability: define and maintain a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization, making scale / iterate / stop decisions based on measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage AI/ML for Retention & Expansion: identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization in partnership with Data and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
  • Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation
  • Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
  • Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product organizations
  • Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
  • Fluent English (C1+)
