Business Development Representative (BDR) — LATAM

Location: Brazil | Remote

How You Will Make an Impact 

  • Generate qualified pipeline within named enterprise accounts through targeted outbound and inbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and social channels throughout LATAM.
  • Conduct cold outreach to senior decision-makers including CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Transformation, leading value-driven discovery conversations using structured qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Map enterprise buying groups by identifying and engaging the multiple stakeholders typically involved in automation and AI purchasing decisions across IT, Operations, Finance, Transformation, and the C-suite.
  • Tell the SS&C Blue Prism story with clarity and conviction — positioning our platform effectively within a competitive AI and automation market while translating product capabilities into meaningful business outcomes for each persona.
  • Nurture longer sales-cycle opportunities returned from field or channel sales teams through multi-touch engagement strategies, while managing inbound marketing-generated demand in alignment with SLAs.
  • Own pipeline and activity targets by maintaining accurate weekly forecasts, meeting committed activity metrics, and ensuring disciplined Salesforce hygiene.
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset — independently managing your territory, account research, and daily workflow while leveraging AI tools and LLMs to enhance prospect research, messaging, and call preparation.

Required Experience

  • 1-3 years of B2B business development or sales experience. Strong recent graduates with the right drive and aptitude will also be considered alongside candidates with prior BDR experience.
  • A proactive hunter mentality — motivated, resilient, competitive, and comfortable pursuing opportunities rather than waiting for leads.
  • Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers through cold outreach and value-based conversations.
  • Strong discovery and qualification capabilities, with the ability to apply frameworks such as MEDDPICC to identify economic buyers, champions, pain points, and competitive dynamics early in the sales process.
  • Excellent storytelling and value-selling skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions such as intelligent automation, agentic AI, and digital workers into compelling business value for different industries and stakeholders.
  • Strong market awareness and competitive understanding of the broader AI and automation landscape, including RPA, hyperautomation, copilots, and agentic AI. You are intellectually curious and proactive about self-learning.
  • Resourcefulness with AI tools and modern sales technologies, using LLMs and productivity tools to improve efficiency and output.
  • Strong time management, self-direction, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Account Directors, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft or Outreach, and prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Lusha — or the ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Drive, coachability, and demonstrated potential are valued most highly.
  • Based in Brazil.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

Other States expected base salary for the position is between $14,000 USD to $23,000 plus commission USD.

 

 

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
