We are looking for an Account Executive for our EMEA team!

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales opportunities with new customers via networking & relationship building as part of our overall coordinated sales strategy
  • Create sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities and documenting sales methodology
  • Own and nurture sales processes.
  • Manage and overcome objections
  • Develop and execute on sales plan
  • Manage and grow customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed targeted sales quotas
  • Prepare reports as requested
 
What We're Looking For:
  • University degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in sales or a sales related position
  • Strong German and English proficiency. Proficiency with other languages is a bonus.
  • Proactive and accountable team player
  • Ability to receive feedback and learn quickly
  • Ability to understand a potential client’s context through effective questioning and listening
  • Ability to learn complex concepts quickly and communicate those concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Experience designing, developing, writing and effectively communicating reports, proposals and sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Creative problem solver who can react quickly and multi-task
  • Highly driven and self-motivated  
  • Strong business acumen; polished, and articulate, comfortable selling and presenting to various levels of management
  • Tech savvy: MS Office, LinkedIn, Salesforce
  • Ability travel to important company meetings/events and partner/customer visits will be required
  • Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn and apply AI-enabled sales tools and LLMs such as Gong, Momentum, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, Claude, and related platforms to improve pipeline generation, account research, deal strategy, business case development, proposal writing, and negotiation preparation; able to speak to specific examples of how they are using AI today to improve sales results or efficiency.
