We are seeking a customer-centric, intellectually curious, and energetic Professional Services Architect to join our team. As an expert in integration solutions, you'll drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade systems that address complex integration challenges. The Professional Services Architect will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure the delivery of highly scalable, repeatable integration solutions. This is a highly collaborative position requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to manage customer expectations, document and configure solutions, and perform product demos.Architecture & Delivery: Design, configure, test, and deploy scalable cloud and on-premise integration solutions. Ensure integrations are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
Client Consulting: Lead requirements gathering, conduct fit/gap analyses, manage client expectations, and deliver product demos/training.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, performing root-cause analysis.
Project Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers to ensure timeline, scope, and risk mitigation alignment.
Documentation: Create technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and training materials and contribute to product enhancements based on customer feedback and new features in the platform.
6–10 years of total professional experience.
5+ years working with Java-based applications.
2+ years in an architecture or technical consulting role focused on integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
APIs & Protocols: Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
Cloud & Tools: Expertise in AWS (RDS, SQS, SNS) or GCP; experience with integration platforms (SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Talend, TIBCO Informatica, etc.)
Languages: Functional knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Java.
Architecture: Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP), asynchronous architecture, and SaaS environments.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional customer-facing skills with a confident, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Execution: Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
