Job Summary:
We are a small, forward-thinking research group within a network device manufacturer, responsible for shaping the vision and implementation of AI-powered capabilities across our product portfolio. We're looking for a mid-level software developer who is passionate about applied AI and wants to work on problems that sit at the intersection of intelligent systems and real-world networking infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to building and maintaining agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, designing and extending our growing library of MCP servers,
Improve the RAG pipelines that power our knowledge-retrieval systems β all primarily in Python.
Work closely with a tight-knit team where your ideas carry weight and your contributions are visible.
Education / Training:
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
2-3 years of software development experience with strong Python fundamentals and has hands-on familiarity with at least some of the AI/ML tooling landscape β whether that's LLM APIs, vector stores, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, or agent frameworks.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, can move fluidly between prototyping and production-quality code, and have enough curiosity about networking or enterprise infrastructure to appreciate the domain problems we're solving.
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning it is. We value clear thinkers who communicate well in a small-team environment over specialists with narrow credentials.
