The Opportunity:

The CDE Governance Consultant will provide industry and project related information in support of project and operational teams across CDE. This position will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and delivering high quality standard operating procedures and best practices processes for the business unit. The consultant will develop, curate and implement project plan templates and knowledge based articles. The consultant will collaborate with CDE teams and other organizations to develop, document and communicate information to support all CDE teams.

Day in the Life:

Governance

  • Collaborate with project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the CDE user base.

  • Act independently to identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation opportunities.

  • Develop and manage a knowledge base library for the business unit. 

  • Financial credit and debit knowledge experts responsible for the establishment of best practice methods to support of both project delivery and platform operations teams.

  • Collaborate with outside business teams, project delivery teams and CDE operational units to define project planning requirements, develop project plans and knowledge articles to support implementation delivery on supported processing systems and subsystems

  • Collaborate with product and project delivery teams to produce project templates and supporting knowledge articles supporting the implementation of new products and services.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to analyze project review and testing metrics to develop best practice project templates and knowledge articles that address associated risk and issues.

  • Focuses on improvements to identify, address, and correct any areas of operation requiring regulatory and/or compliance attention.

  • Respond to requests for information and knowledge assistance from CDE project delivery and operational teams.

Pay Equity

$84,900.00 - $108,200.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
