THE WORK:

• Drive value by tackling a variety of procurement issues from operational to strategic topics, removing internal inefficiencies and overcoming external market challenges using our experience, data analytics and market insights.

• Work hand in hand with Clients and AI agents to identify source of the issue, validate it with data and your procurement experience.

• Manage client interactions, clearly communicating your insights and proposed solutions.

• Cooperate with colleagues and ecosystem partners to identify the best-in-class solution for each Client challenge.

• Deliver the impact on Client organizations, by driving the implementation and building client capabilities via process redesign, tool development, sourcing projects.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years’ Experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or hands-on procurement function experience (e.g. Category Management, Strategic Sourcing):

  • Experience in developing procurement strategies and/or operating model design

  • Managing sourcing of complex categories (e.g. CSO)

  • Procurement transformation and benefits case realisation using digital technologies and data orchestration

  • Awareness of leading Procurement software solutions and their capabilities

• Teamwork and ability to work in dispersed delivery environment

• Proactiveness and clear ownership of tasks

• Skilled in using key calculation & visualization solutions

• Experience in project-based work

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written & spoken)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• German language

• Hands-on experience in driving change of how organizations operate

• Knowledge of sourcing tools (Coupa sourcing optimiser)

• Experience working with AI Agents to manage data and develop conclusions

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.    

• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
