We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused sales professional to join Bluehost as a key partner. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our largest customers by identifying new opportunities, helping enable customers’ business to grow through technology, and work with customers to take advantage of Bluehost’s platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where success is measured by your ability to grow revenue, deepen adoption, and deliver an exceptional partner experience. 

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Conduct Outbound Prospecting:Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io to identify and target existing customers upsell and cross-sell growth potential.  

  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster consultative partnerships for the long term. 

  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Analyze customer business needs, vertical, and technical challenges to uncover sales opportunities.  

  • Grow Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of existing customers, uncover new sales opportunities, increase product adoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost.  

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management.  

  • Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and monthly sales targets.  

  • Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope.  

  • Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication.  

  • Close Sales with Integrity: Apply robust sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales ethically.  

  • Demonstrate Commitment to Success: Show a strong commitment to consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.  

  • Communicate Persuasively: Excel in both verbal and written communication, influencing and engaging stakeholders.

    • Revenue-Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, retention goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.

    • Opportunity Identification: Strong discovery skills with the ability to uncover customer business needs and align solutions to drive adoption and growth.

    • Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Experience managing opportunities from prospecting and qualification through close and ongoing account development.

    • Highly Organized: Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing activities, and thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

    • Exceptional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, 6sense, or similar tools; experience with hosting, WordPress, domains, SaaS, or digital solutions is a plus.

    • Problem Solver: Customer-focused with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for delivering solutions that help customers succeed.

    • Passion for SMBs: Genuine enthusiasm for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through technology and online solutions.
