Job description

Freelance Social Media Videographer & Editor
Project-based | Per Video | Singapore (On-site & Remote)

About the Role

We're an established SME looking for a creative, self-driven freelance videographer to own our short-form social media video content from concept to final delivery. You'll produce 4-6 short-form videos per month for our Instagram Reels and TikTok, channels, from ideation all the way through to the final edit.

Working Arrangement

  • Engagement is billed per delivered video
  • Estimated volume: 4-6 videos per month
  • Shoots may be batched, e.g. multiple videos filmed in a single shoot day to maximise efficiency
  • Editing and revisions to be completed remotely on your own schedule, as long as deadlines are met
  • Final edit to be delivered within 5-6 working days of shoot day
  • Bi-Monthly alignment call required to sync on content direction and upcoming shoots
  • 3 rounds of edits per video

Per Video Scope

Each video rate covers:

  • Concept development and content planning
  • 1 shoot (may be batched with other videos)
  • End-to-end editing, including captions, music, colour grading, transitions, and motion graphics where relevant
  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions
  • Final file delivered in formats optimised for Reels and TikTok

What You'll Do

  • Film on-site using your own equipment (camera/ phone, lighting, audio)
  • Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready videos on schedule
  • Incorporate feedback within agreed revision rounds
  • Stay current with trending formats, sounds, and platform changes

What We're Looking For

  • Proven portfolio of short-form social media videos (brand or commercial work preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent
  • Owns camera/phone gear with basic lighting and audio equipment
  • Self-directed and reliable, able to manage the full workflow with minimal hand-holding
  • Based in Singapore and able to travel to shoot locations
  • Comfortable directing on-camera subjects or talent
  • Understanding of social media performance metrics

Rate

SGD 300 - 400 per video
Payment is per delivered and approved video, at the end of every month.
