About the role Write Edge is a Singapore-based English and Writing enrichment centre supporting Primary and Secondary students in developing strong language and writing skills. As we expand into Hong Kong, we are looking for a responsible and dependable Part-Time Centre Manager to support our day-to-day operations and parent communication.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and proactive, and would like to grow alongside an education company in its expansion phase.
You will work closely with the management and teaching team to ensure smooth operations, strong parent support, and a positive experience for students attending our classes and workshops.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Class Support
Support the coordination of classes, schedules, and relief arrangements
Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational matters
Support workshop and class preparation
Ensure smooth running of online classes and activities
Assist in onboarding students and addressing operational enquiries
Parent & Customer Support
Respond to parent enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
Follow up with leads and workshop enquiries promptly
Build positive rapport with parents and students
Provide clear and professional communication regarding programmes and classes
Student Enrolment & Growth
Support enrolment follow-ups and confirmations
Work with the team to improve parent experience and student retention
Assist in outreach and workshop coordination initiatives
Team & Process Support
Coordinate with teachers and the management team when necessary
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
Support ad-hoc projects related to customer experience and operations
Requirements:
Experience as a Centre Manager in an education industry
Is organised, responsible, and able to multitask
Communicates confidently and professionally in English
Is comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, and basic technology tools
Is proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
Works well independently while remaining a strong team player
Has strong interpersonal and customer service skill
