The Bioprocess Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer and distributor accounts while supporting Cytiva’s commercial strategy across the bioprocess portfolio. This role acts as a key commercial contact, working collaboratively with internal teams and channel partners to deliver value‑based solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with sales specialists and technical teams to support solution‑based selling and design‑in activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Cytiva policies while sharing market insights and supporting digital sales processes.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry
  • Experience supporting customer and/or distributor relationships in a commercial role
  • Experience working within cross‑functional or matrix organizations
  • Fluent English and local language
