Job description

This position is the company liaison between the customer and the installation workforce to insure a seamless installation experience. This position interfaces with installers, clients, service providers, co-workers and the customer that experiences the installation on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary resource for installer schedules, questions, and work-related issues (central point of contact)
  • Coordinates assignments ad paper flow for daily Service Provider schedules
  • Dispatches work orders to SP’s and adjust workloads as needed
  • Notifies customers with installation time frames
  • Fields incoming customer calls
  • Handles all escalations to full resolution
  • Acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve installation issues
  • Ensures all customers are contacted at the end of the installation
  • Serves as a back-up to the other Project Coordinators
  • Performs other managerial duties as assigned by the Director
  • Serves as back-up to the Director as assigned
  • Insures completeness and accuracy of all paperwork
  • Ensures all business operations with area of responsibility are conducted ethically and within the law
  • Returns voicemail messages and emails within (4) business hours
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership/Interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Team player/customer focused
  • Experience in MS Word and Excel
  • Valid Driver’s license and over 21 years of age
  • Construction industry experience desired

Pay range: $27-$29/hour plus benefits
