Position Overview

Index Analytics is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of complex, multi-stakeholder federal initiatives by ensuring disciplined execution of workflows, reliable tracking of deliverables, and clear communication across stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational judgment, the ability to operate independently in structured environments, and a high level of accountability for maintaining visibility into project progress.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support leadership teams in a fast-paced federal project environment.

This position requires an in-person interview at our HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer project tracking to ensure accurate visibility into assignments, timelines, and completion status across multiple workstream
  • Enthusiastically undertake project tasks such as producing reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for leadership and client facing reviews.
  • Monitor project activities, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with government and external stakeholders.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in project meetings.
  • Document activities and develop weekly and monthly documentation for client status meetings.
