Empower Global Logistics: Multilingual Customer Care Specialist (German, Polish and English Speaker)

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in German and Polish and a strong command of English.

• Exceptional soft skills and a customer-centric mindset to build lasting professional relationships.

• Strong analytical abilities to categorize, prioritize, and resolve diverse support requests.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide regular updates on case progress in a clear and friendly manner.

• A genuine interest in technology and an understanding of IT-related topics.

• Previous experience in a multilingual customer support or helpdesk environment.

• Passion for problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-paced environment.
