Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and well-organized Global Programs Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. In this role, you will help shape and lead global programs and initiatives that enhance and simplify our day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and reporting. As an embedded member of the CRE team, you will take a collaborative, integrated approach, partnering closely with stakeholders across functions and time zones. 
 

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in project and change management, along with a strong track record in implementing and managing business systems and programs. They excel in stakeholder engagement, building effective relationships across all levels of the organization. As business needs continue to evolve, this role requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability and a proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for embracing new opportunities and challenges. 

 

Responsibilities 

Data, systems & insights 

  • Oversee and manage CRE data management tools (e.g. ticketing, lease admin, floorplans & space measurement, surveys) 

  • Assess current tools and implement improvements aligned with business needs and industry best practices 

 

Stakeholder & cross-functional collaboration 

  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and senior leadership to define priorities and outcomes 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across regions and functions 

  • Drive program alignment across a global, matrixed environment 

 

Operational excellence & workplace strategy 

  • Support initiatives such as hybrid work, space optimization, and employee experience 

  • Contribute to workplace design, occupancy planning, utilization and sustainability strategies & programs 

  • Deliver programs that simplify operations and improve frontline effectiveness 

 

Risk, compliance & financial management 

  • Identify and mitigate risks across CRE programs 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements 

  • Manage program budgets and track financial performance 

 

Vendor management 

  • Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and external partners 

  • Ensure compliance and monitor performance against contractual SLA's 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration or similar 

  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a global or matrixed organization 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills 

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams 

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation 

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 173,000 - 277,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
