- 客户关系维护与拓展
- 负责指定区域内客户的日常对接,提供专业的卫生清洁用品咨询与售后服务,定期拜访客户并开展客情维护活动,提升客户满意度与忠诚度
- 挖掘客户的潜在需求,结合公司产品(清洁剂、消毒用品、清洁工具/设备等)制定个性化解决方案,推动新业务合作与订单增长
- 客户事务全流程管理
- 全程跟踪客户订单的洽谈、合同签订、发货协调及款项回收等环节,确保交易流程顺畅,及时响应并解决客户在产品使用、售后等方面的问题。
- 建立客户档案并动态更新,记录客户反馈、采购偏好及合作历史,为后续服务与销售策略提供数据支持
- 市场与销售动态跟进
- 密切关注管辖区域内行业的卫生清洁需求变化、竞品动态,定期反馈市场信息,协助团队优化销售策略
- 参与制定销售计划,达成个人及团队的销售指标,推动公司卫生清洁用品在商用洗衣行业内的渗透率提升

任职要求
- 学历背景:大专及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理、化工相关专业优先 
- 经验要求:具备 1-3 年渠道销售经验者优先,有卫生清洁用品、快消品销售经验者更佳 能力素质:
- 具备良好的沟通表达与谈判能力
- 工作踏实认真,有较强的抗压能力与执行力,能适应频繁出差
- 其他要求:认同公司产品理念,了解行业的卫生标准与清洁流程者优先
