Job description

As a Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing localization and data collection projects, ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. You will manage resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders while maintaining the highest quality standards across multilingual and AI-related initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has experience managing localization and/or data collection projects within a Language Services Provider (LSP) environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry.



Key Responsibilities

πŸ’¬ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding project requirements and ensuring successful delivery of localization and data collection initiatives.

🧑 Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing challenges and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

πŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in Translation, International Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, Linguistics, or a related field.

🌐 1+ year of experience in Project Management within a Language Services Provider (LSP), localization company, or data collection environment.

πŸ€– Experience managing AI data collection, annotation, transcription, or multilingual content projects is a plus.

πŸ’¬ Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

πŸ—£οΈ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

πŸ“ˆ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

πŸ’» Experience with project management and localization tools. Knowledge of Plunet, MemoQ, CAT tools, or data collection platforms is a plus.
