What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Relations Representative, you'll play a key role in creating positive client experiences and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding benefits, coverage options, and available programs
  • Assist clients with applications and required documentation
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information
  • Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
