Process Technician Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site in Roeselare. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the operation of an innovative drying system that transforms sludge into a valuable resource for green energy. As a consultant, you will represent Keystone Solutions while working on-site, ensuring the reliable functioning of the drying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the startup of the new drying system.
• Monitor and control the sludge processing and drying operations.
• Conduct rounds, take samples, and adjust process parameters as necessary.
• Utilize your knowledge of electromechanics to identify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure proper administrative follow-up and reporting of processes.
• Participate in a shared training program covering both theory and practice during the startup phase.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electromechanics and electricity.
• Ability to monitor and operate processes as an operator, intervening when necessary.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early, late, and possibly day shifts).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and capable of handling administrative tasks.
