We're looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team. The role is open to candidates at different experience levels. What matters most is a solid foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and genuine interest in the work.

Must-have requirements:
- Windows and/or macOS administration
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (users, groups, licenses)
- Microsoft Intune (MDM — device enrollment, compliance, app deployment)
- Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Security fundamentals (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactivity and ownership
Nice-to-have:
- Linux server administration
- PowerShell or Bash scripting
- Microsoft Defender, Azure DevOps, Cloudflare
- MDM beyond Intune (Jamf, Mosyle)
- Automation tools (Power Automate, n8n)
Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT incidents and requests reported by employees
- Manage user accounts, groups, and access in Microsoft Entra ID and M365 Admin Center
- Enroll and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM)
- Support access management — onboarding/offboarding, permissions, licensing
- Monitor systems, manage backups, and troubleshoot network issues
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and/or Bash
