System Administrator

We're looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team. The role is open to candidates at different experience levels. What matters most is a solid foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and genuine interest in the work.

Must-have requirements:

• Windows and/or macOS administration
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (users, groups, licenses)
• Microsoft Intune (MDM — device enrollment, compliance, app deployment)
• Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Security fundamentals (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection)
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Analytical thinking and structured approach to troubleshooting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactivity and ownership

Nice-to-have:

• Linux server administration
• PowerShell or Bash scripting
• Microsoft Defender, Azure DevOps, Cloudflare
• MDM beyond Intune (Jamf, Mosyle)
• Automation tools (Power Automate, n8n)

Responsibilities:

• Resolve IT incidents and requests reported by employees
• Manage user accounts, groups, and access in Microsoft Entra ID and M365 Admin Center
• Enroll and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM)
• Support access management — onboarding/offboarding, permissions, licensing
• Monitor systems, manage backups, and troubleshoot network issues
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and/or Bash
