Change and Training Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change and Training Manager for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role manages the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for our client's global operational effectiveness program.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for a global operational effectiveness program

Requirements:

• 5-7 years' experience developing training and change management strategies
• Bachelor's degree with corporate experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas
• Demonstrated knowledge in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods)

Pay range: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
