Job description

Salesforce Administrator - Remote - Harrisburg, PA

Contract Duration: 6 months

Seeking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Salesforce platform including user accounts, roles, and security controls.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
Develop reports and dashboards for decision-making support.
Manage data quality initiatives and support integrations with other systems.
Coordinate Salesforce releases and troubleshoot complex issues.
Provide training and support to users, and mentor junior staff.
Ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements.

Required Experience:

5 years of professional experience with enterprise applications.
3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment.
Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative capabilities.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Experience with data migration, data quality, and system integration activities.
Experience in software testing, release management, and deployment processes.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
