About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Producer based in Brussels for a short-term project. In this role, you will manage the execution and completion of a specific set of corporate deliverables. The project scope is strictly 3 hours total, encompassing 1 delivery.

If you are a sharp, collaborative project manager who can dive in, align a team, and ensure seamless delivery on a tight schedule, this project is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

• End-to-End Execution: Oversee the project for 1 specific deliverables, ensuring successful completion within the allocated 3 hours. This includes managing timelines, resource alignment, and quality assurance.
• Tracking: Ensure the delivery meets their strict targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Team Alignment: Work closely with the facilitator and other internal stakeholders to align on project goals and immediate execution.

• Clear Communication: Communicate next steps and individual responsibilities clearly to the project team.

• Quality Control: Review final materials before delivery to ensure they meet exact project requirements, incorporate requested revisions, and follow the correct formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience working as a producer on corporate projects. Experience in Production, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French. 
• Mindset: Detailed with a sharp focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a creative environment; able to dive into a project quickly and reliably meet exact deadlines.
• Teamwork: A creative team player who brings a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to the group.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Google Enterprise tools (Drive, Docs, Slides), Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus.

Project Structure & Location Requirements

This project has a strict hybrid delivery model based in Brussels:

• Total Budgeted Hours: 3 hours total for the entirety of the project.
• Deliverables: 4 specific project deliveries.

Location: Japan 1 virtual delivery

Contract Type: Freelance
Project Duration: 1 Remote Delivery
