We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller / Lead Generator who thrives on outbound prospecting. This is a pure cold-calling role with no warm leads provided. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building your own target lists, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

The Role

This is not a traditional telesales role where leads are handed to you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Researching and identifying potential client companies.

  • Building and maintaining your own prospect database.

  • Making high volumes of outbound cold calls daily.

  • Engaging decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors.

  • Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the sales team.

  • Managing follow-up activities and nurturing prospects through multiple touchpoints.

  • Updating CRM records accurately.

  • Meeting agreed activity and appointment-setting targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads through LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and online research.

  • Conduct 80–150+ outbound calls per day.

  • Reach decision-makers and present Remote Choice's services confidently.

  • Overcome objections professionally.

  • Book qualified appointments with prospective clients.

  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Consistently achieve KPIs and appointment targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling.

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.

  • Experience sourcing your own leads.

  • Excellent communication and telephone manner.

  • Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection.

  • Self-motivated and highly organised.

  • Experience using CRM systems.

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working setup.
