We are seeking an outstanding Client Relationship Manager to become the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, coordinating projects, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.


The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary client-facing coordinator between clients and the BFG service team.

This individual is responsible for:

  • New client onboarding

  • Document collection and follow-up

  • Project coordination

  • Blocker identification and resolution

  • Scheduling meetings

  • Maintaining CRM records

  • Supporting Client Finance Managers (CFMs)

  • Supporting CPA Advisors

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication skills.

This is a relationship-driven role rather than a technical accounting role.




Key Responsibilities  

Client Onboarding  

  • Welcome new clients after engagement agreements are signed

  • Explain onboarding requirements and next steps

  • Assist clients with onboarding forms and questionnaires

  • Monitor onboarding progress

  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to production




Document Collection & Management  

  • Request required client documents

  • Follow up on missing information

  • Track document collection deadlines

  • Maintain document collection status within CRM

  • Ensure internal teams receive complete information




Blocker Resolution  

  • Identify project delays and blockers

  • Communicate with clients regarding missing items

  • Coordinate with internal teams to remove obstacles

  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately

  • Maintain project momentum and delivery timelines




Meeting Coordination  

Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and:

  • Client Finance Managers (CFMs)

  • CPA Advisors

  • Tax Professionals

  • Accounting Team Members

  • Leadership Team Members

Responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management

  • Meeting confirmations

  • Reminder communications

  • Follow-up coordination

  • Meeting documentation




CRM & Workflow Management  

  • Maintain accurate client records

  • Update project statuses

  • Record client communications

  • Track open tasks and follow-ups

  • Support workflow management within Zoho systems




Client Service  

  • Serve as a trusted client contact

  • Respond professionally to client inquiries

  • Provide project status updates

  • Build strong client relationships

  • Deliver a positive and professional client experience




Requirements

Location Requirement  

BFG is intentionally building its Client Relationship Management team in Cebu, Philippines.

We are seeking candidates who currently reside in Cebu or the surrounding metropolitan area.

Applicants must have:

  • Reliable high-speed internet

  • Professional home office setup

  • Backup power and internet solutions preferred

  • Ability to participate in video meetings with U.S.-based clients

  • Availability during U.S. business hours
