Job description

Short-Term Contract Role – CRM / Data Support (6 weeks, remote Poland)


Location: Remote (Poland-based)
Duration: immediate start date 

We are looking for motivated individuals to join us on a short-term project (approx. 6 weeks) supporting our Platform Services teams with contract-related tasks in Salesforce, helping ensure data accuracy and consistency across our systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Locate, review, and map contracts within Salesforce
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM records
  • Support data clean-up and quality improvement initiatives
  • Spot gaps or inconsistencies and flag or suggest improvements
  • Assist with ad hoc admin and reporting tasks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable using computers and working with data (Excel/CRM is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and reliable, able to work independently
  • Available full-time for ~6 weeks (starting immediately)
