User Acquisition Team Lead

About Company

MCR Media Group is an international performance-driven company specializing in online IQ tests, brain training platforms, personality assessments, and digital subscription products. We reach millions of users globally through performance marketing across major acquisition channels and continuously invest in scaling profitable products and markets.

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Team Lead to drive growth across paid social channels, lead a team of media buyers, and contribute to the development of our user acquisition strategy. This is a full-time remote position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Define user acquisition strategy and identify new growth opportunities across products and markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure the team consistently achieves CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
  • Drive creative testing initiatives and establish structured A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Leadership teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals.
  • Support advertising budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze market trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the user acquisition function.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Proven expertise managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $100,000+ and delivering measurable growth results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, tracking systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with subscription products, web-to-web funnels, or direct-to-consumer businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
