Core Responsibilities

Appear in court and before administrative agencies as required, representing clients in hearings and procedural matters
Manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision, meeting all filing deadlines and procedural requirements
Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management and client service delivery
Stay current on changes in Ohio law, relevant regulations, and legal precedents to ensure all work product reflects the most up-to-date legal standards
