SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Content Specialist. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will manage website content updates, maintain localized pages, and ensure all published content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Upload and organize new content.
Create and maintain categories on the website.
Update localized pages and translation keys.
Maintain internal documentation and manuals.
QA website pages regularly to ensure quality and accuracy.
Resolve urgent tasks independently.
Coordinate with copy and retention teams to keep content aligned.
Identify issues and suggest improvements to workflows.
Support junior team members when needed.
2+ years of experience in content operations.
Strong experience with CMS and back-office tools.
Good HTML knowledge.
Experience with JSON.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Clear communication and good teamwork skills.
English at least B1 level.
Knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
iGaming experience.
