POSITION SNAPSHOT
Location: Preferably Sofia, Bulgaria or anywhere within SEE region  
Department: Supply Chain - Demand & Supply Planning
Position grade: J
Type of contract: 1-year temporary contract
Direct Report to: Category Supply Lead

 

POSITION SUMMARY 


Join our Demand & Supply Planning team and contribute to managing a complex inter-market supply network. This role offers a unique opportunity to start or accelerate your career in planning within a leading global environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that the right products are available at the right place and time, while balancing costs and operational efficiency across a complex supply network

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR CATEGORY SUPPLY PLANNER


•    Support the creation and execution of supply plans to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels
•    Monitor and manage stock coverage in line with defined stock policies
•    Assist in load planning and optimization considering transportation constraints
•    Identify supply risks and escalate issues proactively to stakeholders
•    Analyze planning exceptions and support decision-making aligned with business priorities
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Production)
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. 

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? 


•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or related field
•    Previous experience in Supply chain field
•    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
•    High attention to detail and ability to work with data
•    Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills
•    Fluent English (written and spoken)
